Shipping Policy

Enthusiasms offers free shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States. All orders, subject to availability and are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. Like Tom Petty said, "The waiting is the hardest part." And, we get it.

Please be aware there may be potential delays due to high volume orders or postal service problems that are outside of Enthusiasms control. Unfortunately our powers are limited. 

Your order will be processed and shipped from our home office in Saratoga Springs, NY. If you require express shipping, please contact us at info@enthusiasms.com for charges. We promise to play soothing music in the background as we read off the increased costs for express shipping. 

Out of state orders WILL Not be charged sales tax. Wait, did you read that right? Yep, you sure did. Apparently, distance has its rewards. In state orders will be charged according to the NYS county tax rate. 

Local Pick Up

We offer local pickup from our location at 70 Railroad Place, Suite 101A in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY. If you select this option at checkout, we’ll let you know when your order is ready for pickup and finalize pickup details. Sweet, right?
