Our Enthusiastic Return Policy

Here at headquarters, one of our favorite enthusiasms is making sure you’re happy with our products and services. We love our stuff and certainly hope you do to! We will enthusiastically accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not loving the item, it doesn’t fit or whatever the reason and we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt.

We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement. We’re here to make you happy! So hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Please contact support@enthusiasms.com.

Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

• You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.

• The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact i.e. don’t wear it for 3 days at Lollapalooza and return it with mustard stains please.

• A copy of the original sales receipt is included.

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.
